Easy poached egg

This is the easiest poached egg method! Just egg , water and microwave oven.

Thank you @bakes.for.my.loves for sharing this fuss-free method to poach the egg 🤤 now we can’t go back to the traditional method 😅

Steps:

1. Cracked an egg into 1.5cups of room temperature water (cup must be microwave safe of course)

2. Microwave for 1min 30seconds to 1mins 40seconds (adjust the time according to the temperature of your egg. Mine is straight from fridge)

3. Drain away the water and voila ! Your poached egg is ready for a quick breakfast with toast or with your favorite instant noodle! (Our favorite is definitely indomie mi goreng 🤤)

Note: Best to use pasteurized egg for any soft boil egg or poached egg with runny yolks which are not fully cooked.
