Impossible Hamburger

Received a pack of impossible ground beef from my sis-in-law and we made it into hamburger with our homemade vegan bread rolls from yesterdayโ€™s post. ๐Ÿ˜‹ we paired it with stir-fry salmon mushroom pasta.

Kids love this Impossible hamburger ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป I’ve never had a hamburger before since I don’t eat beef so I can’t tell if it’s the same from the real hamburger but hubby asked me if this is not made from meat, what does it made of?! ๐Ÿ˜… as it tasted just like meat to him.
