(make 6-8 pcs of 9cm diameter)
Ingredients:
110g plain flour
15g sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
160ml unsweetened soy milk
15ml white vinegar
1 egg
15g plant based melted butter (@plantbasednuttelexsg )
Steps:
1. Combine milk and vinegar together. Let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Mix dry ingredients together.
3. Add egg, melted butter to the milk.
4. Stir wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Set aside for 10 minutes before cooking.
