Hub and I bought a big bag of passion fruits from Bugis last month and I just shove it into a ziploc bag and placed in the fridge, totally forgot about it. 🥴 Finally saw a post on Thermomix Facebook group few days ago that it can be easily juiced with. So I just turned everything into juice and pair it with our pizza for lunch. 😋 so refreshingly good!!

Ingredients :
9-10 passionfruit pulps
55g honey
1000g water (cold water)
Steps:
1. Place all pulp into mixing bowl
2. Add honey
3. Blend 20sec/ reverse speed 5
4. Add water , mix 20sec/ reverse speed 5
5. Sieve the seeds out and serve the refreshing Passion fruit honey. (We used room temperature water so have to leave it in chiller but was pressed for time😅 so served with ice cubes in the end)
