Sausage bread roll

Kids requested for sausage roll again. So made some using cocktail sausage. Dough recipe adapted from @sulyntan #softmilkbuns with changes to make it dairy-free and also 1.5times the original recipe to make 35 mini buns.

It's becoming our Sunday activity with the kids 😅 making steamed buns together. . .This time we made 3 colors as requested by the little ms. N. I made a bigger batch of dough using the thermomix (total dough about 494g I.e 16buns of about 30g Each) . . .adjusted recipe from perfection with Thermomix in 7 days -quick steamed buns with some adjustments.

It’s our first time making pasta! Quite manageable but as we don’t have a pasta machine .. rolling , cutting and shaking out the noodle are kinda time consuming ! But it’s all worth it when kids and hubby enjoyed eating their lunch today 😍🎉

Adapted from killer toast recipe , perfection with Thermomix in 7 days with some adjustments. All kneading done by thermomix TM5 Note: - my loaf tin is nonstick so I didn’t bother to grease my tin as it normally slide out quite easily.

Baked this again and this time is for my girls’ teachers. Baby L was crying and I thought just one more minute of baking will brown (caramelized) the edges better 🤪but ended up with a tray of burnt cookies. Surprisingly ! ....The cookies actually tasted really yummy after slightly burnt! But Ms. N said it doesn’t look nice so told me not to give them to her teachers

[Thermomix] Pork floss steamed cake

A quick 45 mins recipe. We used the pot to steam instead of the thermomix though. Other than steaming, the rest of the process were done using thermomix. So it’s really easy and toddler can help to crack the eggs and put into the mixing bowl too.
